Shipping & Returns
UK Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. During busier times it can sometimes take a little longer. Some products may require longer lead times, as stated on specific products. We cannot be hold responsible for delays which are caused by Royal Mail or UPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking number which you can use to track your delivery.
At Renata Machina, we ship within the UK and Republic of Ireland only.
For orders being delivered outside of the United Kingdom, please be advised there may be required to pay additional import and customs duties in order to receive your order. You will be contacted by the carrier once your order is in transit with further details on the charges & how payment can be made. These charges are levied by the carrier at their discretion.
Returns
Products purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date. All items must be in their original packaging, unused, have not been fitted to a vehicle, and without any alterations. Please note that custom orders are not eligible for a return.
Please package your return up and include a note with your original order number, name, contact information and reason for return. Clothing, hats and accessories which are supplied with a tag must be returned tagged. Contact our support team to arrange the return – [email protected].
Customers are responsible for the cost of returns and ensuring they get to us safely. We will be unable to accept responsibility for returns that are lost in transit to us.
